Getting Paid – The Placement Fee

Q1

How are commissions determined for recruiters on SocialRecruit?

Commissions are calculated as a percentage of the total fees that SocialRecruit receives when a candidate is successfully placed with a client. If your referred candidate is hired, you will earn the commission.

Q2

Do commissions vary depending on the type of job placements?

Yes, commission rates can vary depending on the complexity and level of the job placement. Positions that require specialized skills or are at a higher organizational level may have different commission rates. You can view the commission for each job when you examine the job details.

Q3

When will I be paid for successful placements?

Invoices are issued only after the candidate has joined the client's organization. Payments will be made according to the terms outlined in the Job Details section, which may vary for each job. You can expect to receive your payment 60 days after your candidate begins working with the client. In unusual cases, this timeframe could extend to 90 days, but you will be informed if that happens. Payments will be directly deposited into your selected account following the guarantee period.

Q4

Being an Independent Recruiter, will I get the payment in my Personal account?

Yes, the payment can be made to your personal bank account.

Q5

How can I track my commissions and earnings?

SocialRecruit offers an extensive recruiter dashboard that allows you to track your placements, commissions, and earnings. This dashboard provides real-time insights into your performance, total commissions earned, and other relevant details about your progress.

Q6

What is the mode of Payment?

The mode of payment is Bank Transfer.

Q7

How does SocialRecruit earn revenue?

Clients pay us after successfully hiring a new employee, and we do not charge recruiters. SocialRecruit compensates recruiters the full fee displayed next to each job requisition once a candidate is hired.

Q8

What if the client hires my candidate for another role?

Our agreement with clients ensures that you will be compensated if they hire your candidate for a different role within 90 days from the initial submission.

Q9

How does the employment guarantee work?

Typically, we offer a 60-day replacement guarantee for clients. However, this guarantee period may vary depending on the specific employer, and in some cases, it can extend to 90 days. If a client determines that a candidate sourced through us is not the right fit and terminates their employment within this period, SocialRecruit is obligated to replace that candidate at the client's request.
Payment will be issued only after the candidate has completed the guarantee period. Should the candidate leave before this period ends and no replacement has been assigned, neither you nor SocialRecruit will receive the placement fee.

Q10

What is the average placement fee?

The average placement fee for jobs listed on SocialRecruit ranges from $5,000 to $10,000, possibly exceeding this based on role seniority. The fee is clearly indicated next to each job requisition.

Q11

Are there any extra bonuses or rewards for recruiters?

You can also refer your recruiter friends to our platform and earn 10% of the commission they make through SocialRecruit. For more details - www.socialrecruit.net/referral.

The Recruiting Process & Your Candidates

Q1

What type of requirements can I work on?

SocialRecruit allows you to engage with any requirement that aligns with your skills and expertise. You are not required to be located in a specific country or region to work on a requirement from that area.

Q2

On average, how many recruiters/agencies simultaneously handle a requirement?

This varies based on factors like the job type, number of positions, hiring urgency, and the location of the job posting. We restrict the number of recruiters working on the same job to a maximum of four at any given time.

Q3

Can others see my candidates when I submit them on SocialRecruit?

Your candidates' profiles are confidential and not searchable by others. They are accessible only to to SocialRecruit’s admin. We prioritize privacy and security and encourage our members to review SocialRecruit's Privacy Policy.

Q4

Why can’t I search for candidates on SocialRecruit for my other jobs?

SocialRecruit does not provide a resume database service, even for our clients.

Q5

What if the employer already has a candidate I submit?

Employers prefer viewing new candidates not already in their database. Candidates who applied directly to a job posted by the client in the last 180 days “belong” to the employer, which means you will not receive credit or a placement fee if they hire someone already in contact with them.

Q6

What if multiple recruiters submit the same candidate?

When you are the first to submit a candidate for a job, ownership of that candidate lasts for 90 days (approximately three months). If the employer hires them within this timeframe, you’ll earn the placement fee. Our system prevents duplicate submissions to the same employer, but if duplicates occur, credit will go to the recruiter who submitted first, based on the time stamp.

Q7

Can we resubmit a candidate who was hired through SocialRecruit?

Candidates who have been hired through SocialRecruit cannot be reintroduced for at least six months post-placement to maintain hiring integrity.

Q8

How long do I retain ownership of my submitted candidates?

The "ownership" of resumes remains with the company or entity that uploaded them to the platform for the duration of the job listing. Once the job is closed, the resume will be removed from the system after a designated period. Other recruiters or clients will not have access to your candidate profiles, ensuring their confidentiality.

Q9

When contacting a candidate, should I mention that I work for SocialRecruit?

As SocialRecruit functions as a crowdsourcing platform, recruiters are not employees or contractors of SocialRecruit. It's advisable to avoid mentioning SocialRecruit and present yourself independently.

Q10

How long does SocialRecruit take to review resumes?

We aim to review resumes promptly, typically within 2-3 business days.
